Robbery

On February 12, 2016 at 7:10pm, members of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Domino's Pizza on Canal Street in Brattleboro for a reported robbery.

Through investigation it was learned the robber displayed a knife and demanded money. The employee gave the robber an undetermined amount of money and the robber fled traveling north on Canal Street. No one was injured in the robbery.

The Brattleboro Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division was notified and responded to investigate the robbery.

As the investigation developed a suspect was identified. Information learned in the investigation led to search warrants being applied for and granted to search a residence located on Canal Street.

The search warrants were implemented with the assistance from members of the Vermont State Police and the Hinsdale NH Police Department.

Evidence related to the crime was seized and is currently being processed for it's evidential value.

The suspect in the robbery, identified as Michael J. Lenois, Jr, age 26 of Brattleboro was arrested for Larceny from a Person and is currently being held at the BPD on $50,000.00 bail pending his arraignment in Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division.
