On February 02, 2016 at 20:50 hours, members of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the area of 72 Canal Street for a reported robbery.

Upon their arrival, it was learned a Domino's Pizza delivery driver had been robbed by a male brandishing a knife. The robber fled the scene with an undetermined amount of money. There were no injuries reported.

The Brattleboro Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division was notified and responded to investigate the robbery.

As a result of the investigation probable cause was developed to arrest Michael J. Lenois Jr, age 26, of Brattleboro for the robbery. Lenois was arrested walking on Canal Street this morning without incident.

Lenois is facing charges of Aggravated Assault and Robbery, and Larceny from Person. Lenois is currently being held at the BPD on $10,000.00 bail pending his arraignment in Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division, to answer to the charges.
