On Wednesday, 01/20/2016 at approximately 21:30 hours, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the exit 3 Mobil gas station on Putney Road in Brattleboro for a reported robbery.

Upon arrival it was learned the gas station had been robbed by a female. The robber is believed to be in her late 20's or early 30's. She is described as a heavy set white female with blond hair, blue eyes, and was wearing a black face mask covering most of her face and a hood over her head. The robber was approximately 5 feet tall and was wearing a brown jacket and blue jeans.

The robber told the clerk she had a gun and demanded money. The robber fled the

store with an undetermined amount of money traveling north on Putney Road. There were no reported injuries.

The Vermont State Police was contacted and provided K-9 assistance in tracking the robber. The robber was tracked north of the gas station and is believed to have got into a waiting car.
