Robert Ford, 49 year old male from Brattleboro

On June 20, 2014, Brattleboro Police responded to the Brattleboro Food Co-Op on Main Street for a reported male who was trespassing. After an investigation, Robert Ford,was issued a criminal citation for unlawful trespass, and will appear in court at a later date for this crime.

Disorderly Conduct

On June 18, 2014 the Brattleboro Police arrested Robert Ford, 48, of Brattleboro, VT. Ford was charged with Disorderly Conduct stemming from an incident that took place on Putney road. Ford was cited to appear at the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date to answer to this charge.

Trespassing

On 5/22/14, Brattleboro Officers responded to a report of a homeless camp in the area of Morningside Commons. Subsequent investigation led to Robert Ford, 48, receiving a citation for Unlawful Trespass. Ford will appear in court at a later date to face the charge.

Larceny, VOC

Date of incident: 4/27/14

Robert Ford, 48, of Brattleboro

On April 27, 2014 Brattleboro Police arrested Robert Ford on Flat Street for taking cash out of a purse he had found by the Co-op. Police located the owner and confirmed Ford did not have permission to have the purse. Ford was processed at the Brattleboro Police Department and then released on a citation to court for a later date and time.

On 4/6/14, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Price Chopper for a reported male who was trespassing. After an investigation, Robert J. Ford was issued a criminal citation for Unlawful Trespass, ordering him into court at a later date for this charge.

Unlawful Trespass and Retail Theft

Date of Incident: 03/20/14

On 3/20/14 Brattleboro police responded to a report that Robert Ford had trespassed at Hannaford Grocery Store on Putney Road, a business that he was banned from entering.  While police were attempting to locate Ford, they received a report of shoplifting that had just occurred at Radio Shack on Putney Road.  Headphones valued at $29.99 were reported stolen.
 
Following an investigation, Ford was located and arrested.  He was released with court ordered conditions not to return to either business and issued a citation to appear in court.
