On 7/2/14 the Brattleboro Police arrested James Neveu, 57, of Brattleboro and charged him with unlawful trespass. Neveu was cited to appear in the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date to answer to this charge.

On 5/31/14, Brattleboro Officers encountered several intoxicated subjects on the Whetstone Walkway across from the Brattleboro Food Co-op. Subsequent investigation led to James Neveu, 56, Donald Reetz, Jr., 45, and Kevin Regan, 59, receiving citations for Unlawful Trespass. The subjects will appear in court at a later date to face the charge.

Arrest Warrant

Date of Incident: 11/21/13

James Neveu, 57 of Brattleboro

On 11/21/13, Police located Neveu at a residence in Brattleboro.  Neveu had an active arrest warrant in Vermont and he was taken into custody without incident.

Arrest Warrant/Criminal Contempt

Date of Incident: 11/4/2013-08:03 hrs

Brattleboro Police located Neveu in the parking lot of the Hannaford Plaza. Neveu was taken into custody without incident for having an active warrant for his arrest, stemming from failing to appear at a court arraignment. Neveu was also charged with criminal contempt for having consumed alcohol, a violation of Neveu's court-ordered conditions of release. Neveu was lodged at the Brattleboro Police Department for lack of bail.
