Driving License Suspended

On 03/28/15, the Brattleboro Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop for a traffic offense. The operator, Keith A. Harvey, was found to be criminally suspended. he was arrested and issued a citation to appear at Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.

Unlawful Mischief and Unlawful trespass

Forrest Hughes, 23, of Brattleboro, VT

On 02/20/15, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Main St for a report of a vandalism. Investigation revealed that Forrest Hughes had broken a sign from the building. He was located at another location in which he had been trespassed from . Hughes was issued a citation to appear at a later date.

 

Disorderly Conduct; Resisting arrest

Curtis Bunkley, 25, Vernon, VT

On 02/12/15, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence for a report of a domestic dispute. Curtis Bunkley was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting arrest. He was released on a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division, at a later date.

Retail Theft

Brandy L. Jordan, 28, of Brattleboro VT

On 12/25/14, the Brattleboro Police responded to a business on Canal St for a report of a female that had stolen items. Brandy L. Jordan was arrested for retail theft and ordered to appear at Windham Superior Court at a later date.

On 10/20/14, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a grocery store for a report of shoplifters. Upon investigation, Rogers and Benware were arrested for retail theft. Both subjects were ordered to appear at Windham Superior Court at a later date.

Burglary; Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Trespass, Petit Larceny, DC

Samuel Lazzaro, 22, of Brattleboro

The Brattleboro Police Department responded to a report of a male that had broken into a facility and was subdued by people inside. Samuel Lazzaro, 22, of Brattleboro was subsequently arrested and charged with Burglary, Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Trespass, Disorderly Conduct and Petit Larceny. He was ordered held in lieu of $5,000.00 bail. He will answer to these charges at a later date.

James Kennedy, 21, Brattleboro, VT

Brattleboro Police Department encountered a male in a vehicle after the operator was arrested for DUI. James Kennedy, 21, of Brattleboro was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct and assault on a police officer. He was ordered to appear at Windham County Superior Court at a later date.

On 04/26/14, the Brattleboro Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop for a violation. The operator, Nathan Knapp, 22 of Guilford was found to be intoxicated. he was subsequently arrested for DUI and for having a criminally suspended license. He will appear at Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.

1st Degree Aggravated Domestic, Domestic, and Burglary

Patrick Cusson, 24, of Brattleboro, VT

On 03/20/14, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence in Brattleboro for a report of a domestic dispute.  After the investigation, Patrick Cusson was arrested for 1st Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault, Domestic Assault, Interference with Access to Emergency Services, Unlawful Mischief and Burglary.   He will appear in Windham County Superior Court to answer to these charges on 03/21/14.

The Brattleboro Police Department responded to a report of a male attempting to break into an apartment.  The male was located after running from the scene.  He was subsequently charged with Disorderly Conduct, Unlawful Mischief, Unlawful Trespass, Violation of an Abuse Prevention Order and Violation of Probation.  He will answer to these charges at a later date.

On 10/20/13, the Brattleboro Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Western Avenue.  The operator, Alan N. Scott, 63, of Brattleboro, was found to be intoxicated.  He was arrested for DUI and later released.  He was issued a citation to appear at Windham Superior Court at a later date.
