On 11/24/14 the Brattleboro Police arrested Philip Patoine, 28, of Brattleboro, VT. Patoine was charged with Possession of Stolen Property. Patoine was cited to appear in the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date to answer to this charge.

On 10/27/14 Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department received a call for a theft. Investigation led to the arrest of both Philip Patoine, 28 of Brattleboro and Andrew Murphy, 39 of Brattleboro. Both Patoine and Murphy were issued citations to appear at court at a later date and time to answer to the charge of Retail Theft.

On 11/09/2014 Brattleboro Police responded to a grocery store on Putney Road for a reported theft. Subsequent to this investigation, Patoine was charged with Retail Theft and Criminal Contempt. Patoine was also charged with Petit Larceny, stemming from a theft that was reported on 10/17/2014. Patoine was lodged at the Brattleboro Police Department on $250.00 bail. Patoine will appear in court at a later date to answer to these charges.

On 04/01/2014, at approximately 0051 hrs Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Canal St for a report of a larceny. After an investigation Patoine was subsequently arrested on 05/11/14. Patoine was cited and released and will appear in court at a later date to face his charge.
