Unlawful Trespass

Milo Fields, 60 year old male from Brattleboro

On 5/4/15, I, Officer M Petlock, observed a male, Milo Fields, to be on property, located on Elliot Street. Fields had an active No-Trespass Notice, banning him from entering the said property. Fields was subsequently arrested and issued a Criminal Citation for the offense of Unlawful trespass. Fields will appear into court at a later date.

On 4/4/15, while conducting patrol on Flat Street in Brattleboro, I, Officer Matt Petlock of the Brattleboro Police Department, observed two males to be slouched over in the elevator room of the parking garage. After further investigation, it was found that one of the males, Milo Fields, had a current No-Trespass Notice in effect for the property. Fields was subsequently issued a criminal citation, ordering him into court at a later date.

Brattleboro police were patrolling the area of the Brattleboro Transportation Center on Flat Street, in response to complaints of suspicious and criminal behavior. While there, several subjects were identified that had previously been trespassed from the facility. Milo Fields, Melvin McCall, James Neveu, and Kevin Regan were all arrested for trespassing. All subjects were released on citation to appear in Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division, at a later date.

On 3/31/15, Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department located Shaquran Holcomb(34) and Milo Fields(54), both of Brattleboro, and arrested them for Unlawful Trespass. Fields was issued a citation and released to appear at court at a later date and time to answer to the charge. Holcomb became disorderly and was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was held and subsequently bailed out. Holcomb was issued a citation to appear at court at a later date and time to answer to the charges of Unlawful Trespass, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.

On March 27, 2015, officers found several individuals to be loitering at an establishment on Elliot Street. After an investigation, it was found that three of the individuals, Milo Fields,Evan Morgan and Kia Debenedetto-Plum, had current No-Trespass Notices in effect for the property. Fields, Morgan and Debenedetto-Plum were issued criminal citations, ordering them into court at a later date for this offense.

On March 17, 2015, officers found several individuals to be loitering with open containers of alcohol at an establishment on Elliot Street. After an investigation, it was found that two of the males, Milo Fields and Evan Morgan, had current No-Trespass Notices in effect for the property. Fields and Morgan were issued criminal citations, ordering them into court at a later date for this offense.

On 08/13/2014, Brattleboro Police cited Reetz, Fields and McCall for Unlawful Trespass after they were located on the property of the Brattleboro Transportation Center. All three had been previously issued a trespass notice for this property. All three will appear in court at a later date to answer to this charge.

On July 21, 2014 the Brattleboro Police arrested Milo Fields, 60, of Putney and charged him with Unlawful Trespass. Fields was cited to appear in the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date to answer to this charge.
