Burglary/Unlawful Mischief/Larceny

On 10/31/14, Brattleboro Police responded to the report of a burglary into a business at 81 Williams Street in the town of Brattleboro. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Daniel Koolick, 19 years of age. Koolick was lodged at the Brattleboro Police lockup for the charges of burglary, unlawful mischief, larceny, and violating his court ordered conditions of release. Koolick was held on $2500 bail for the charges.

Unlawful Mischief Arrest

The Brattleboro Police Department has arrested Joel Goldsmith, age 31, of Brattleboro and he has been charged with several counts of Unlawful Mischief and Petit Larceny.

The BPD started investigating numerous complaints of windows being smashed out of car windows on the night August 7, 2014 through the early morning hours of August 8, 2014.

Through investigation it was determined Goldsmith is alleged to be the one responsible for the vandalism and thefts.

Goldsmith was processed at the BPD and released on a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date to answer to the charges.

Robbery

On January 26 2014 at approximately 2019hrs Brattleboro Police responded to Dominoes Pizza; 141 Canal St Brattleboro for a reported robbery.  Investigation at the scene indicated a lone white male entered the business and made off with  a undisclosed amount of cash.  The suspect is a white male described as approximately 5'10, 200pounds, wearing a red jacket with a blue horizontal stripe with a red baseball style hat. The suspect did not display a weapon during the incident.  The suspect fled the store on foot.  Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the Brattleboro Police Department at 802-257-7950.
