Criminal Contempt, Unlawful Trespass

Donald J. Reetz (45 year-old male from Brattleboro, VT)

Officer Belville

On 07/23/2014 Brattleboro Police cited Reetz for Criminal Contempt, after it was found that Reetz had violated his court-ordered conditions of release. Reetz was also cited for Unlawful Trespass, for being present at the Preston parking lot. Reetz will appear in court at a later date to answer to this charge.

Melvin McCall (35 year-old male from Brattleboro, VT)

Donald Reetz (45 year-old male from Brattleboro, VT)

On 07/11/2014, Brattleboro Police cited McCall and Reetz for trespassing at the Brattleboro Transportation Center. McCall and Reetz will appear in court at a later date to answer to this charge.

On 7/10/14 Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department received a call for a report of a large group of people causing a disturbance at the Preston Lot. Investigation led to the arrest of Kevin Regan, 57 of Brattleboro and Donald Reetz, 45 of Brattleboro. Both subjects were issued citations to appear in court at a later date and time to answer to the charge of Unlawful Trespass.

On 5/31/14, Brattleboro Officers encountered several intoxicated subjects on the Whetstone Walkway across from the Brattleboro Food Co-op. Subsequent investigation led to James Neveu, 56, Donald Reetz, Jr., 45, and Kevin Regan, 59, receiving citations for Unlawful Trespass. The subjects will appear in court at a later date to face the charge.

On 04/05/2014 Brattleboro Police cited Haselton and Reetz for trespassing at the Brattleboro Transportation Center. Haselton and Reetz will appear in court at a later date to answer to this charge.

Violation of Conditions of Release

On 11-27-13, Brattleboro officers responded to the River Garden on Main St. regarding an assault.  Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Donald J. Reetz, Jr., for Violation of Conditions of Release.  Reetz will appear in court to face the charge at a later time.
