On June 27, 2015 Brattleboro Police Department stopped Mark Hoit on Williams Street for a minor motor vehicle infraction. Hoit was found to have a criminally suspended license in the State of Vermont. Hoit was cited to court for a later date and time.

Brattleboro Police noticed Philip Patoine driving a motor vehicle in West Brattleboro. Patoine was issued a citation for driving with a criminally suspended license. Patoine will appear in court at a later date.

Terri L. Maskell (43 year-old female from Brattleboro, VT)

On Monday, 06/15/2015 at approximately 11:42 hours, Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Depot St. The operator of this vehicle, Terri L. Maskell was subsequently arrested without incident for the offense of Driving While Suspended. Maskell will appear in court at a later date to answer to this charge.

Petit Larceny, Unlawful Trespass, Driving While Suspended

On 05/26/2015, at approximately 22:45 hours Brattleboro Police were alerted to a possible theft that had just occurred at a business on Canal St. Brattleboro Police located and subsequently stopped a vehicle that was reported to have have been present during this reported theft. This investigation resulted in Michael Lenois being charged with Petit Larceny and Unlawful Trespass. Jonathan Lenois was charged with Petit Larceny, Unlawful Trespass and Driving While Suspended. The Lenois' will appear in court at a later date to answer to these charges.

Stephen Moore Age: 60 Residence: Brattleboro, VT

On 05/10/15, Stephen Moore was arrested after it was determined that he had operated a vehicle while his license was criminally suspended in the State of Vermont. He was issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court at a later date.

Driving While Suspended---False Information to Law Enforcement

On Wednesday, 04/15/2015 at approximately 08:14 hours Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on the on-ramp to Interstate 91 at Exit 3 in the Town of Brattleboro. The operator of this vehicle was identified as Heather L. Cheeney. Cheeney initially provided false information to police and was found to be operating a motor vehicle while criminally suspended. Cheeney was taken into custody without incident and was cited to appear in court at a later date to answer to these charges.

Driving License Suspended

On 03/28/15, the Brattleboro Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop for a traffic offense. The operator, Keith A. Harvey, was found to be criminally suspended. he was arrested and issued a citation to appear at Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.

Ignition interlock restricted driver's license

Ronald H. Zumbruski (46 year-old male from Brattleboro, VT)

On Wednesday, 03/04/2015 at approximately 01:30 hours, Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Western Avenue. The operator of this vehicle, Ronald H. Zumbruski, was found to be operating a motor vehicle without an Ignition Interlock Device, which was required as part of his privilege to operator a motor vehicle in the State of Vermont due to a prior DUI charge. Zumbruski was taken into custody without incident and was cited to appear in court at a later date to answer to this charge.

Travis Caviola, 31, of Putney, VT

On 02/15/2015 Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were summoned to a business on Canal St. As part of the resulting investigation, Travis Caviola was arrested for driving with a criminally suspended license. He will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division at a later date to face the charge.
