On December 9, 2014 Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department received a call for a minor motor vehicle crash involving a school bus. This occurred at the bottom of Mather Road at the intersection with Greenleaf Street. Upon police arrival it was determined that there were no injuries to anyone involved in the collision, including the 9 students on the bus. The collision was partly due to winter weather conditions and operator error. The school bus sustained very minor damage and continued with its route after the police investigation concluded. The second vehicle involved was towed from the scene due to other non-related electrical issues.
